Walking meditation is a simple practice for developing a calm, connected and embodied presence. The art of a walking meditation is to focus and become totally aware as you walk, using the natural movement of walking to cultivate mindfulness and a wakeful presence. All residents and guests of The Villages are welcome to come. We meet the 1st Friday of each month at The Villages Polo Field. We will begin again in the Spring.
