Walking meditation is a simple practice for developing a calm, connected and embodied presence. The art of a walking meditation is to focus and become totally aware as you walk, using the natural movement of walking to cultivate mindfulness and a wakeful presence. All residents and guests of The Villages are welcome to come. We meet the 1st Friday of each month at The Villages Polo Field.
