WALKING MEDITATION

Balance and Awareness through Movement

 Walking meditation is a simple practice for developing a calm, connected and embodied presence. The art of a walking meditation is to focus and become totally aware as you walk, using the natural movement of walking to cultivate mindfulness and a wakeful presence.  All residents and guests of The Villages are welcome to come.  We meet the 1st Friday of each month at The Villages Polo Field.  Please check the time each month as  well as cancellation due to weather.

Directions

 The Villages Polo Field  -  North entrance gate  (Player/Service Entrance) off Buena Vista Blvd.  Drive ahead along this  drive.  Look for the Walking Meditation sign 

on the right.    NOVEMBER 1, 2019 is our next scheduled walk.  9:00 - 10:00 a.m.
