This meditation brings you to the realization of our most basic nature which is vibration, the gentle pulsing within of life itself. We are vibrational beings and when we slow down enough and focus on our presence, we come to know this through our experience.
"Doing without Doing" is to live in a state of alignment with the flow of life. Rather than moving against life, we allow life to move through us as we align and surrender to its flow. We then become an instrument through which the breath of life moves.
We begin by taking our time to slow and stabilize the breath. Then moving through a body scan before we center our attention on the feet and move our awareness down into the earth. This meditation can bring about a very centered and grounded feeling.
The power of our natural presence - release all tension and allow yourself to let go into a state of calm and natural presence.
Through the frequency of the words we think or speak, we can develop a "preferred" state of being at any time. Simply shift your focus, relax your body and by the power of your own suggestion, you can bring about a safe feeling within.
This meditation was created following a request from a friend of mine, Wendy Barta. It was inspired by a Prayer for Healing by Tibetan Master Lang Sun. Wendy assisted with the imagery and her husband, Will Fellows was instrumental in the translation of the Prayer.

A concentration meditation to move breath through the body.
As you concentrate on slow motion movement, you move into a deeper relaxation and presence.
A meditation where you can totally immerse yourself into breathing with the universe.
Allow yourself to drop into your breath as you breathe coherently relaxing and soothing the body/mind.
This breathing exercise soothes the nerves and relieves tension in the body/mind. It is a wonderful exercise to do prior to going to sleep!
