Feel yourself expand your body awareness in this meditation - taking you beyond this world. 

Breathing to Center

 A concentration meditation to move breath through the body. 

Slow Motion Concentration

 As you concentrate on slow motion movement, you move into a deeper relaxation and presence. 

Breathing with the Universe

 A meditation where you can totally immerse yourself into breathing with the universe. 

GUIDED BREATHING MEDITATIONS

Coherent Breathing

 Allow yourself to drop into your breath as you breathe coherently relaxing and soothing the body/mind.  

Bumblebee Breathing

This  breathing exercise  soothes  the nerves and relieves tension in  the body/mind.  It is a wonderful exercise to do prior to going to  sleep!
