My name is Nancie Leon and I am the founder and facilitator of The Energy Meditation Group in The Villages, Florida, a group I established in 2008 to explore meditation, consciousness, energy, and the mind-body connection.
My lifelong curiosity about the nature of consciousness and well-being has led me through an extensive exploration of energy-based healing and contemplative practices. I am a Certified Usui Reiki Master Teacher and Karuna® Fourth Degree Reiki Master Teacher, as well as a Reconnective Healing Practitioner™, Body-Talk Access Technician™, and Quantum-Touch® Practitioner.
Meditation and self-reflective awareness have been central to my life for as long as I can remember. Over the years, I have explored a wide range of teachings in meditation, awareness, stress management, psychology, health, and metaphysics, including programs and practices offered through The Art of Living Foundation, Brahma Kumaris, The Monroe Institute, and Heartfulness.
My more recent studies have included an in-depth contemplative exploration into The Gene Keys, through which I became an Ambassador and Guide. My work with the Gene Keys, together with my study of Human Design and the ancient Chinese I Ching, has further deepened my understanding of human patterns, relationships, consciousness, and the unfolding process of self-awareness.
At the heart of my work is a question that has accompanied me throughout my life: How do our thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and patterns of awareness shape the way we experience reality? While my journey has included many teachers, authors, healing systems, and philosophies, much of what I value most has emerged through direct experience—the simple practice of becoming still, observing, questioning, and listening inwardly while living everyday life.
Today, I bring these many threads together through meditation, teaching, and thoughtful exploration. Rather than offering a single philosophy or method, I encourage others to become curious observers of their own experience—to develop greater awareness of the relationship between mind, body, emotion, and energy, and to discover what becomes possible when we meet ourselves and our lives with greater presence.
My greatest joy is helping others recognize that consciousness and well-being are not simply subjects to study, but living experiences that can be explored within ourselves, one moment at a time.
